Every order requires processing before it ships. Timing can vary by product, fulfillment location and destination, so delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Rates & delivery
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout for your delivery address.
Processing and delivery times can vary. Carrier delays, weather and circumstances outside RUT.'s reasonable control may also affect arrival.
Tracking & split shipments
Tracking information is sent when available after an order ships.
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive separately.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, use the Contact page as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.
